Der Zyklus „Fragmente der Hoffnung“ umfasst 16 Ölgemälde, die Andreas Felger 1992 nach einer Reise in die östlichen Bundesländer malte. Stumpfe Farben, die karge Geometrie von Häuserfassaden und unregelmäßig durchbrochene Bildoberflächen veranschaulichen abstrahierend des Künstlers Wahrnehmung eines Landes in einer Zeit gesellschaftlichen Umbruchs.
Andreas Felger hat verschiedene Werkgruppen und Zyklen geschaffen, die inhaltliche Einheiten bilden. Im Sinne von Wanderausstellungen sind sie auf Anfrage aus dem Stiftungsbestand entleihbar.
