WORK CYCLES / CREDO

About the creation of the Credo cycle, the artist Andreas Felger says:

“A constant in my artistic work is the preoccupation with biblical themes. For five decades now I have been dealing, among many other things, again and again with central themes and prayers of the Christian and Jewish faith. For me, the Bible is a book of profound wisdom, in which the joys and pains of human existence, the drama and beauties of life are portrayed in all their facets. Therefore, it is for me an inexhaustible source of knowledge, the richness of which inspires and challenges me to this day.”
